Living with recurring headaches or migraine?
Headache and migraine can affect work, sleep, exercise, concentration, family life and confidence. Many patients feel stuck between medication, scans, temporary relief and not knowing what is actually contributing to their symptoms.
At Singapore Headache & Migraine Clinic, we help you understand your headache pattern and identify factors that may be contributing to recurring flare-ups. These may include:
- Neck and jaw function
- Spine and posture
- Strength and breathing
- Stress and sleep
- Work habits
- Exercise tolerance
- Recovery patterns
- Nervous system sensitivity
One shared clinical pathway.
Every clinician works within the same framework. You receive comprehensive assessment, appropriate screening, hands-on treatment, rehabilitation and long-term prevention — no matter which of our clinicians you see.
Assess
We identify your headache pattern, review your history, screen for red flags, and assess the neck, jaw, spine, posture, movement, strength and lifestyle factors that may be contributing.
Treat
Treatment may include manual medicine, osteopathic care, physiotherapy, dry needling where appropriate, soft tissue techniques, movement strategies and education.
Rebuild
Our rehabilitation and strength-based approach helps improve mobility, strength, postural endurance, movement confidence, exercise tolerance and load capacity.
Prevent
We help you develop strategies for long-term self-management, lifestyle support, flare-up planning and recurrence reduction through the Headstrong approach.
One clinic. One clinical standard. One integrated pathway.
Every clinician at Singapore Headache & Migraine Clinic works within the same integrated clinical framework.
Your care begins with a comprehensive assessment, including headache history, orthopaedic testing, neurological screening, movement assessment, and evaluation of the neck, jaw, spine, posture, strength, and lifestyle factors that may be contributing to your symptoms.
Treatment may include manual medicine, osteopathic care, physiotherapy, dry needling where appropriate, soft tissue techniques, movement strategies, rehabilitation, and education. We also integrate the Headstrong approach, which focuses on exercise, strength, mobility, lifestyle support, flare-up planning, and long-term self-management.
Our goal is not simply to provide short-term relief in the treatment room. We help patients build a clearer understanding of their condition, improve function, reduce recurrence, and develop strategies that support better long-term control.

Headache and migraine care should not stop at short-term symptom relief.
At Singapore Headache & Migraine Clinic, we help patients build a practical plan that may include osteopathic care, physiotherapy, manual medicine, dry needling where appropriate, rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, lifestyle guidance, education and ongoing support.
For many patients, recurring headaches are influenced by a combination of factors including neck and jaw function, posture, strength, sleep, stress, exercise tolerance, work habits, recovery and nervous system sensitivity.
Our goal is to help patients reduce the impact of headaches and migraines while building better long-term control.
Hands-on care, rehabilitation and prevention.
Singapore Headache & Migraine Clinic provides hands-on, non-prescribing care for headache, migraine and neck pain. We do not prescribe medication.
Our team focuses on comprehensive assessment, manual medicine, osteopathy, physiotherapy, dry needling where appropriate, rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, lifestyle support and the Headstrong approach. Where medical care, medication review, imaging or neurological assessment is required, we will guide you toward the appropriate medical referral.
Structured prevention. Built for the long view.
Headstrong is the structured prevention and self-management arm of Singapore Headache & Migraine Clinic. It is designed for people who need more than occasional treatment and want a clearer plan for long-term improvement.
A structured support program designed to help patients build better resilience, confidence and long-term control. It is not a quick fix, a cure for migraine or a replacement for medical care.

Why combine osteopathy, physiotherapy and strength & conditioning?
Recurring headache and migraine are rarely addressed well by one isolated treatment. Different patients need different things at different stages.
Osteopathy
Supports assessment, manual medicine, spinal and soft tissue function, neck and jaw mobility, symptom management and patient education.
Physiotherapy
Supports rehabilitation, movement control, graded activity, posture, breathing, load management and return to activity.
Strength & Conditioning
Helps patients build resilience, postural endurance, capacity and confidence so improvements carry beyond the treatment room.
The Headstrong Program brings these elements together into a structured prevention and self-management pathway for patients who need more than occasional treatment.
